• Service Fees: Our consultancy fees cover the time and expertise used to research and manage your travel. These fees are non-refundable once the service (visa filing or booking) has been initiated.
• Third-Party Policies: While we facilitate your bookings, flights and hotels are subject to the specific refund and cancellation policies of the airlines and providers.
• Visa Decisions: Ellirion Consults acts as an advisor. The final decision to grant or deny a visa is made exclusively by the government of the country you are visiting.
• Changes to Itinerary: If you need to change a booking, we will assist you in doing so. Please note that airlines and hotels may charge “Change Fees” in addition to any price difference.
• Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend travel insurance for all international trips. Ellirion Consults is not liable for costs incurred due to health emergencies, weather delays, or personal cancellations.
